MAMUCA / More Than Abstract

The catalog “MAMUCA / More than Abstract” marks the first exhibition held in the space of MARe (Library of Recent Art). This bilingual catalog contains critical texts from various voices, each presenting individual works, investigating how in Romanian art from 1965 to the present, the abstract vein has always been “compromised” for representations, messages, and interpretations that are more than non-figurative.
